These terms and conditions apply to the Timelog app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by mindlelessi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, extraction of source code, translation, or creation of derivative versions is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any paid features or charges will be clearly communicated.
The Application may store and process personal data to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting is strongly discouraged and may impact app functionality and security.
Third-party terms and policies may apply in addition to these terms.
Some features require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to connectivity issues or data limits. Carrier and roaming charges may apply, and you are responsible for such charges.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or compatibility with all devices/OS versions. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the Application.
You are solely responsible for content you create, edit, upload, or share using the Application. You must have the legal rights to such content and must not infringe third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.).
The Application may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. If service is terminated, rights granted under these terms will end and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device where applicable.
The Service Provider may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.

애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 이용하는 경우, 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
애플리케이션 또는 그 일부의 무단 복제, 수정, 소스코드 추출, 번역, 파생 저작물 제작은 금지됩니다. 애플리케이션 관련 상표권, 저작권, 데이터베이스권 및 기타 지식재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 언제든지 애플리케이션을 변경하거나 유료 기능을 제공할 수 있으며, 유료 과금 사항은 사전에 명확히 고지합니다.
서비스 제공을 위해 개인정보가 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 본인 기기 및 앱 접근 보안 유지 책임이 있으며, 탈옥/루팅은 보안 취약점 및 앱 오작동을 유발할 수 있으므로 권장되지 않습니다.
본 약관 외에 제3자 서비스 약관 및 정책이 추가로 적용될 수 있습니다.
일부 기능은 인터넷 연결(Wi-Fi 또는 이동통신 데이터)이 필요합니다. 네트워크 미연결, 데이터 한도 초과로 인한 기능 제한에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임지지 않습니다. 데이터/로밍 요금 등은 이용자 부담입니다.
서비스 제공자는 앱의 정확성과 최신성을 위해 노력하나, 무중단 제공, 완전한 정확성, 특정 OS 버전과의 호환성을 보장하지 않습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 사용으로 발생한 직·간접 손해에 대한 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.
이용자가 앱을 통해 생성, 편집, 업로드, 공유하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 이용자는 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 적법한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 저작권, 초상권, 개인정보 등 제3자 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 앱을 업데이트, 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료 시 본 약관에 따른 권리는 종료되며, 이용자는 앱 사용을 중단하고 필요한 경우 기기에서 삭제해야 합니다.
서비스 제공자는 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 후 계속 사용 시 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하되, 이용자 거주국의 강행적 소비자 보호법이 우선 적용되는 경우 해당 법령을 따릅니다.
